That said, January points have been given (I got mine) but I think some people had a problem with getting theirs.
The February points have not been given yet (or I am suffering from a bug xD).

Januarys points have been out since the town redecorating for Dragon Festival, but there have been several people not reciving points.

It seems it's always a bit late. Does anyone know what the "regular" date is for receiving points?

Well this is rather annoying. If Anet isn't going to do anything about this bug/problem I don't want to waste my time voting anymore. I don't even watch the battles, I just pick the highest number so I can have some chance to get elite tomes or gold weapons for free. It is ridiculous to say there's a prize for doing something, then for some reason or another you dont' get it. IMO, it's kind of like scamming, and hopefully some day Anet will look at it that way and fix the problem.

I think it varies, one month last year they were given out a day or two after the tournament ended - I think in January it took one week.

I WANT MY ZAISHEN KEYS! It's like my only source of money right now...ecto drops hate me...

I have only gotten my points 1 time, and when i went to use them, i was told I didnt have any points to use. I have given up.

i have gotten rewards 2 times in the past, but for the last 4 months i havent recieved anything anymore ( and even for this month i havent got my rewards)
i have 2 accounts and both suffer the same problem: the reward giver just keeps saying: "have you made youre predictions for the latest bla bla bla"

i already have contact with [email protected] but all i got was a standart response:

Hello,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties claiming
your reward points for your Xunlai Tournament House predictions. Please
follow each of these steps to ensure your account is properly set up:

1. You need to speak with Kun Shao [Xunlai Tournament Agent] in the
Great Temple of Balthazar in order to claim your prize. Reward points
are not added to your account automatically, they must be received from
Kun Shao each month.
2. Make sure you are logged into Guild Wars with the account linked
to your Xunlai Tournament House account.
3. Make sure you have selected an "Account Name" through Tolkono
[Tournament] in game. To do this, talk to Tolkono, select "register my
account" and choose one of your character names as your "account name."
You cannot gain reward points until you have assigned one of your
character names as your "account name."
4. Make sure the points for the month in question have been added.
It can take up to 30days after the conclusion of a tournament for the
reward points to be added into the game.
5. Make sure you did indeed earn reward points with your
prediction. Many players assume they should have won points without
checking to see if their predictions were accurate, so please double
check to see that your predictions were correct.
6. If you have completed all of these steps and still cannot claim
the reward points you feel you have earned, please let us know so we can
investigate further. Please be sure to include your in-game account name
as well as your Xunlai Tournament House account name.

if they only read my mail i send to them then they should know that i already put in all the information they needed and that i have gotten prizes before the "bugged part".

still hoping that it gets fixed someday so i can collect/recieve all my points

Hey, all,

February points should be implemented next week. If you've done all that the email says and have not been able to claim January points, and you know you have points due to you, please contact Support by filing a ticket and they will work with the web team to see what's going on with claiming January points.

Again, February tickets will likely be available late next week.
